The lifestream curriculum is an integrated teaching tool for the spiritual development of children aged 4 - 14
years of age.
This curriculum is a unified, progressive learning technique that uses simple lessons, exercises and examples to
build a spiritual foundation for children who have been recognized as having an advanced nature.
Over ten
years The
Lifestream
Curriculum
touches
every point
of a star.
WHY WOULD THIS BE IMPORTANT FOR CHILDREN?
Children grow in environments that allow their minds and souls to bend and stretch. The expression of the
soul has not adequately been addressed in the current educational mindset. Often children today suffer a
multitude of problems from ridged education systems that ignore their most crucial internal needs. Children
often seek outward confirmations of their inner truths from adults to support what they already inherently
know. It is important that we reinforce a child's understanding of self even if we are not conscious of a
child's ultimate influences. This curriculum not only stretches a child socially but provides a spiritual
framework that will actively be applied in their lives as they become adults. All it takes is thoughtful tuition
that can be applied either individually at home or in a group setting. Each child already has the tools to rise
to their full potential. This curriculum engages the educational missing link, and activates children for life!
The main course curriculum is covered in 10 stages in the diagrams & explanations shown below:

Mission Statement: Lifestreaming is a source for living water teachings. Its aim and purpose is to provide a spiritual focus through intuitive,
emotional, and ethical guidance. Children and teenagers will experience self directed insights and understandings as they specifically relate to the
individual. The curriculum format has been carefully developed as an adult directed tool that brings parents and children into a healthy whole. The
vision of this project is to empower youth towards a brighter future of inner peace, stability and goodwill. This teaching strategy acknowledges that
children are inherently smart, gifted, and require a reflection of their pure potential to succeed in their lives and benefit humanity as a whole.

Each level of learning takes the student
through stages which are labelled
"Connectors" and "Beliefs." The smaller
green circles are the connectors and the larger
yellow circles are the beliefs.
(For exact definitions
of each circle please visit the
curriculum page.)

These circles are grouped in this manner as a
way of creating a building block format where
growth can flourish. This pattern of belief and
connector is a reflection of our dualistic world,
where cause and effect, desire and fulfillment,
govern how we interact with life. This pairing of
two's is a subtle seed within this curriculum.

Throughout this 10 year course the emphasis
remains one of developing a child's own sense
of their inner self. Learning becomes a spiralling
staircase of reflection and action. Two legs
moving at different times but in a way that
serves the whole. One leg acting as a
connector and the other as the belief. . .

Each of the points to the right are sides in the
lifestream star of learning. These are a series of
progressive learning stages that are specifically
enhanced through the use of exercises,
stories, and examples. The end goal is a unique
spirituality that is directly spawned from the
student themselves.

Each circle can be compared to a road sign.
The size of the road and the landscape is all
open to personal interpretation. The curriculum
in its entirety relies heavily on the use of adult
interaction. A main prerequisite for adult tuition
is possession of basic spiritual concepts.
However, while the thread that connects and
moves this curriculum is spiritually based, most
of the applications do not necessarily have to
be put in that framework.

The continuing goal for the adult tutor is to
demonstrate how each step is a continuation
and expansion upon the prior lessons.
In each
year we are balancing the intellect against
the feeling nature of a child's personality
and the exercises used should illustrate
that balance.

When children play a game they usually are
aware of the end result.
"This is why I am
playing this game"
and "this is what I am
getting out of it!"
In a way this curriculum is
like a game, but with a lot less structure
and rules.
If a child knows that they are
participating in this program because it is an
extension of their parents teaching technique,
then they will view this "game" as an extension
of their play. Thus trusting in the purpose of
the end result.

The implementation of all ten stages of learning
can be as fun or serious as is necessary. It will
adjust depending on the child involved, but will
also be a direct reflection on the tutors
teaching style. Please browse through the
following pages which will examine the
curriculum in more depth and how you can
actively integrate it into your child's
development.
